∎ Job Summary: Prottyashi, A social development organization has been responding the Rohingya Crisis in Cox`s Bazar since the crisis started and currently is going to implement project in the host community of Ukhiya with the funding of International Organization of Migration (IOM). Prottyashi invites applications for the vacant position titled- Training Hub Supervisor (THS) for "Engaging Host Community People into Income Generating Activities (IGAs) in Cox`s Bazar District" Project.
∎ Reporting: Training Hub Supervisor will report to Training Hub Manager of the project. S/He has to maintain functional relationship with his/her peers, project teams and organization`s other priority teams. S/He must be able to communicate with other teams and units both program and operational of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the outside activities related to the training hub through field mobilization.
∎ Assist in identifying and selecting beneficiaries for the training trades in training hub.
∎ Conduct need assessment survey in the targeted community.
∎ Create profile of the beneficiaries including their present situation and expected situation.
∎ Create batches for the arrangement of training in the training hub.
∎ Mobilize the community people to adopt the project deliveries through active participation.
∎ Maintain marketing of the products of participants with business development officer.
∎ Coordinate with market actors to instigate income generation of the beneficiaries.
∎ Provide logistics support to the training hub.
∎ Assist in transportation of the products from the Production and Innovation Hub to Training Hub.
∎ Assist in tracking income generation of the beneficiaries.
∎ Assist business development officer to link the beneficiaries with the market actors and employer on the training trades.
∎ Assist the beneficiaries in enterprise development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 01 years of professional experience in development sector working directly with the beneficiaries.
Salary:
∎ Monthly Gross Salary will be 22,798 BDT
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Contributory provident fund and 2 Festival Bonus. Regular traveling and communication bill.
