∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Training
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting Training Expert in conduction of training courses in District and Upazila level
∎ Conduction of Training at Union level
∎ Selection of venue and arrangement of cleaning of facilities, including toilet,
∎ Arrangements of all logistics e.g. participants handbook, pad, pen, bag , VIPP cards and boards, white boards, markers, dusters etc. well in advance of the training courses,
∎ Arrangement of backup power supply support for uninterrupted session conduction,
∎ Selection of menu for snacks and lunch in consultation with the relevant officials of DWA,
∎ Selection of vendor for supply of food items and other materials,
∎ Encouragement to the concerned officials e.g. DRRO, PIO, DWA officials, UP Chairmen, Secretaries etc. and others for their presence at training venues at least half an hour before the training starts,
∎ Continuous follow up with the participants of the training courses through personal contact (cellphone) to ensure their presence at the course on time
∎ Coordination between Training Facilitation Team Members
∎ Regular reporting to the Project Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in liaison and networking with local government, DMCs, NGOs and other development partners.
∎ Experience in organizing and facilitation of training.
∎ Flexible and patient.
∎ Problem solving skills.
∎ Leadership and self-management.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure and to deadlines, sometimes in situations of stress and uncertainty.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work sensitively with people from various cultural and social backgrounds
∎ Proven expertise and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
