∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consultation and liaison with various institutional stakeholders at local levels.
∎ Conduction of training courses in Upazila and Union level
∎ Supervision, monitoring and ensuring quality performance of Junior Field Coordinators
∎ Selection the Community Volunteers in different wards of the selected unions based on certain criteria
∎ Organization, supervision and monitoring of quality-training programs for the Volunteers
∎ Formation of trainers’ groups on different topics.
∎ Organization of different community awareness programs/events in different location at different times.
∎ Continuous monitoring of volunteers’ engagement in community awareness campaign programs.
∎ Report Writing.
∎ Any other activities, as and when required by the Project Team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of proven experience related to job description
∎ Experience in liaison and networking with local government, DMCs, NGOs and other development partners.
∎ Excellent Training Facilitation skill
∎ Flexible and patience.
∎ Problem solving skills.
∎ Leadership and self-management.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure and to deadlines, sometimes in situations of stress and uncertainty.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work sensitively with people from various cultural and social backgrounds
∎ Proven expertise and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Salary: Tk. 130000 (Monthly)
