Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with concerned officials of HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation
∎ Ensuring project implementation as per Annual Operational Plan (AOP) under overall guidance and direction of the higher authorities
∎ Designing of tools and formats for monitoring, supervision, record keeping, reporting, evaluation etc.
∎ Planning, designing and conduction of project staff orientation and training
∎ Excellent Facilitation skill
∎ Monthly, Quarterly and Annual report submission to Donor as per the prescribed format
∎ Coordination with other project personnel and field level NGO officials
∎ Supervision and monitoring of the overall implementation specially training and orientation activities at the field level
∎ Liaison with donor and officials of GoB at field level
∎ Monthly Field Visit
∎ Report writing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong technical expertise in implementing Livelihood, DRR and Climate Change project in South West of Bangladesh;
∎ Demonstrated working experience in market development approach will be added value;
∎ Strong technical expertise in advocacy with local government institutions to mainstream DRR or climate change actions in their development plan
∎ Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Experience in liaison and networking with regional level GoB, DMCs, NGOs and other development partners
∎ Good networking skills.
Salary: Tk. 60500 (Monthly)
