Education:
Candidates must hold a Master`s degree in a relevant field, such as Curriculum and Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Development Studies, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline, from a recognized university. Additionally, they should have achieved at least two First Divisions/Classes or an equivalent CGPA throughout their academic career.
Having 3rd Division/Class or equivalent CGPA in any examination will incur ineligibility.
First Class (or equivalent CGPA) will be determined based on the candidate`s regular academic degrees (considering the first four degrees only).
A Ph.D. or professional certification in Training, Instructional Design, Organizational Learning, Digital Education, or Educational Technology is an advantage.
