Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in degree in any discipline from a reputed university preferably in Sociology, Development Studies, Public Administration & Social Welfare.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a `to go` and a passionate team member who is competent to provide effective training among affected people in the project area.
∎ Department: Program
∎ Contract Duration: 8 months (Contract may be extend depend on the availability of fund)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design training programs, arrange logistics and conduct communication activities with the concerned person
∎ Assess training needs for affected people
∎ Develop training aids such as module, schedule, and handbooks
∎ Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods, including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching
∎ Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
∎ Follow-up and report on training outcomes
∎ Provide feedback to program participants and management
∎ Handle logistics for training activities, including venues and equipment
∎ Facilitate placement of participants into relevant job according to their employment plan.
∎ Monitoring and evaluation
∎ Work closely with concern stakeholders
∎ Closely monitor the progress of data entry and ensure that data collected is validated; and
∎ Oversee periodic field visits to verify data as per agreed sample and ensure proper analysis
∎ Frequent field visit capability.
∎ Report writing capacity.
∎ Any other activities as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
∎ Strong aptitude with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
∎ Planning and organizing, communication skills
∎ problem analysis and problem-solving
∎ Presentation and facilitation skills
∎ Should have valid Motorbike driving license
∎ Superior work ethic and time management skills and ability to deliver within deadlines

Salary:
∎ 32,000-40,000 (Negotiable)

∎ As per Organizational policy (Negotiable)
