∎ Job Summary:
∎ Prottyashi, A social development organization has been responding the Rohingya Crisis in Cox`s Bazar since the crisis started and currently is going to implement project in the Rohingya community of Cox`s Bazar with the funding of International Organization of Migration (IOM). Prottyashi invites applications for the vacant position titled- Training Center Supervisor for the "Promoting Self-Reliance Opportunities for Rohingya Refugees in Cox`s Bazar``. Project
∎ Reporting
∎ Training Center Supervisor will report to Project Coordinator. S/He has to maintain functional relationship with his/her peers, project teams and organization`s other priority teams. S/He must be able to communicate with other teams and units both program and operational of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the development and implementation of high-quality training programs aimed at enhancing vocational skills and craftsmanship for producing top-tier craft items (jute, bamboo, wooden craft, hand stitching, and hand-painted items) beneficial to Rohingya refugees and the host community.
∎ Collaborate with instructors and artisans to integrate quality production practices into the training modules, ensuring that trainees develop skills aligned with producing marketable, culturally relevant, and high-quality craft items.
∎ Supervise training activities, providing guidance on craftsmanship, production techniques, and quality standards to ensure the products meet industry benchmarks and community expectations
∎ Facilitate partnerships with industry experts, artisans, and market channels to align training outcomes with market demands and ensure the produced items meet commercial viability.
∎ Monitor production processes, quality control measures, and adherence to ethical production standards, guaranteeing the crafted items are of superior quality.
∎ Assess and improve training methodologies and production processes iteratively, collecting feedback and data to enhance both training effectiveness and production quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in managing vocational training programs with a focus on quality craftsmanship and production.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor instructors and artisans towards achieving high-quality production standards.
∎ Proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, and quality assurance methodologies.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in implementing quality assurance measures in vocational training and production settings.
∎ Understanding of sustainable and ethical production practices.
∎ Familiarity with refugee or humanitarian contexts is advantageous.
∎ Candidates need to be highly motivated and committed to Prottyashi's vision, mission, and long-term development work to significantly improve the lives of the most vulnerable and marginalized. Salary:
∎ Salary and benefits: Monthly Gross Salary will be 50,000 BDT regular traveling and communication bill.
