Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, direct, or coordinate the training and development activities of the resellers
∎ Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
∎ Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other materials.
∎ Achieves sales training operational objectives by contributing sales training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
∎ Determines training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results
∎ Design onboarding session for new onboarded resellers.
∎ Report on training program effectiveness
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience as a training specialist or Sales training coordinator
∎ Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Strong organizational and team management skills
∎ Additional certification in training is a plus
