∎ Channel training as per company guidelines.
∎ Content creation ability as per field requirement.
∎ Skill development, soft skill, service training conduct as per requirement.
∎ Training plan and calendar make for monthly and quarterly strategy.
∎ Team analysis & evolution method.
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English.
∎ Self-motivate & convincing skill is must be needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
