Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS), Master of Social Science (MSS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Pre-Decision Making Orientation (PDMO) sessions for the aspirant migrant workers and guide them to better understand the benefits of safe migration.
∎ Take part in Grievance Management Committee (GMC) and facilitate accordingly at field. Assist and co-facilitate the training for GMC members.
∎ Having direct field engagement in cooperation with the PO, Upazila Coordinators and Social Mobilizers develop training plan, preparing training report and make proper use of the materials and tools of the project.
∎ Maintain communication and coordination with relevant officials of RMMRU and CCDA
∎ Having direct field engagement in cooperation with the POs, Upazila Supervisors, Trainers and Community Mobilizers.
∎ Keep close communication with beneficiaries and follow up of updates of the changes of the beneficiaries.
∎ Assist in organizing and co-facilitating training for Local Leader/LGI/ Peer Informant.
∎ Guide Social Mobilizers for facilitating courtyard sessions and monitoring FinLit beneficiaries.
∎ Follow up the video show/ IPT show.
∎ Coordinate in identifying & referring beneficiaries to skill development training.
∎ Conduct need-based trainings under three thematic areas of the project.
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year of professional experience in national or international organizations in the relevant job responsibilities.
∎ Must have professional writing and speaking capacity in English and Bangla, i.e. monitoring report, field visit report, event report, case study/story, press release, content writing, etc.
∎ Proficient with MS office.
∎ Timely decision Making ability as well as multi-tasking capacity.
∎ Must have valid motorcycle driving license.
∎ Skilled in network building, team coordination and performing managerial tasks.
∎ Understanding gender and social equity in all project interventions.
∎ Adhere to conflict sensitive programme management and display conflict-sensitive behavior.
∎ Strong commitment to organizational values: Integrity, Respect, Commitment and Solidarity.
Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
