Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing specialized training for call center agents.
∎ Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various topics.
∎ Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to participants.
∎ Training employees on the use of customer relationship management (CRM) software, live chat platforms, and other technology tools.
∎ Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
∎ Generating reports and analytics to track training effectiveness, and student development progress.
∎ Assessing trainees' performance through simulations, role-plays, and real-life scenarios to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback for skill enhancement.
∎ Submit detailed training reports with feedback and recommendations·
∎ Participate in pre-training activities, including mock sessions and preparation of materials.·
∎ Design and develop training plans, trainers’ manuals, and other context-specific resources.·
∎ Stay updated with current best practices in training methodologies and adapt them for local needs.·
∎ Prepare post-training reports, gather team feedback, and finalize documentation.·
∎ Track progress and document key insights to improve training delivery.·
∎ Coordinate closely with the training team and relevant Departments·
∎ Support the team in ensuring smooth execution of the company training plan·
∎ Effectively organize and manage multiple simultaneous training events.·
∎ Engage in training preparations, including mock sessions and logistics planning.·
∎ Work closely with the Training Lead and team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
