Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and
∎ weaknesses
∎ Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts,
∎ instructional materials, aids and manuals
∎ Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality
∎ results
∎ Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they
∎ reflect any changes
∎ Prepare daily agenda for training class
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with course developers and
∎ technical instructors.
∎ Document and maintain all training materials in appropriate
∎ databases.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
