Educational Requirements:
∎ - Graduation/ Diploma from any Discipline with proven Freelancing Record (Minimum 100 jobs successfully completion experience on related service in international Outsourcing marketplace)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and update the curriculum for the digital marketing training program.
∎ Conduct training sessions on various aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, etc.
∎ Instruct participants on marketing strategies and best practices specific to digital platforms.
∎ Teach how to use digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
∎ Demonstrate proficiency in digital marketing techniques and real-world case studies.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and industry practices.
∎ Provide hands-on exercises and practical projects to reinforce learning and application of digital marketing concepts.
∎ Evaluate and assess participants' progress and performance throughout the training program.
∎ Assist learners in creating effective digital marketing campaigns and measuring their success.
∎ Maintain an engaging and dynamic learning environment during training sessions.
∎ Collaborate with other trainers or team members to enhance the overall training program.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The trainer should have at least 2 (Two) years of experience in conducting Outsourcing training in local market.
