∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a `to go` and a passionate team member who is competent to provide effective training among affected people in project area.
∎ Work Location: Kola Para, Patuakhali District.
∎ Reporting To: Deputy Team Leader (Training)
∎ Department: Program

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide effective training among affected people in project area.
∎ Should teach by innovative methods
∎ Designs and teaches various computer courses & modern office management for senior adults. Develop training aids such as module, schedule and handbook.
∎ Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job coaching.
∎ Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
∎ Follow-up and report on training outcomes.
∎ Provide feedback to program participants and management.
∎ Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
∎ Facilitate placement of participants into relevant job according to their personal employment plan.
∎ Prepares the room and the computers for use before each class; attends to the proper shut-down of computers after classes.
∎ Assures that the computer equipment is properly used.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
∎ Prepare, administer and mark tests and papers to evaluate students' progress
∎ Required field visit capability.
∎ Report writing capacity.
∎ Documentation capability.
∎ Any other activities as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 3 months (Contract may be extend depend on availability of fund and your performance)
∎ Minimum 3 years experience on related field
∎ Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
∎ Planning and organizing, communication skills
∎ Excellent trouble shooting & problem solving skills
∎ Superior work ethic and time management skills and ability to deliver within deadlines

Salary: Negotiable
