Educational Requirements:
∎ Technical background preferred. (IT or Computer Science)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate and deliver comprehensive training in web domain.
∎ Training Students on various Back end and Front-end Technologies.
∎ Create/Suggest training content and modify the existing training content on a need basis.
∎ Ability to prepare a comprehensive evaluation plan to assess trainees' regular learning outcomes.
∎ Ensure training effectiveness through regular feedback from the trainees as well as the internal team members.
∎ Should have the ability to deliver the training based on the prepared training contents.
∎ Should have the mindset to provide additional support to the trainees after the training hours.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Technical Training & Development.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in Full Stack Java Development.
∎ Training delivery capacity on Full Stack Java Development.
∎ Knowledge about Front-end, Back-end, Web Service API.
∎ Proficient in various Software Design Architecture.
∎ Previous use of a version control system (Git).
∎ Basic design ability, Server, Web Architecture.
∎ Frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
∎ Practical knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
∎ Skill in Angular.js, Node.js, React.js.
∎ Hands - on experience with different IDE.
∎ Proficiency in English communication is a must.
