∎ 5 years experience in international cuisine preferably for Culinary Arts Trainer. 3 years experience as a Trainer.
∎ 3-5 years experience in the food & beverage industry (preferably in up scaled restaurants) with at least 3 years of experience as an instructor.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Instructing students on various cooking methods (e.g., grilling, sautéing, baking, roasting), knife skills, and proper use of kitchen equipment.
∎ Educating students on how to follow and create recipes, adjust for dietary restrictions, and work with seasonal ingredients.
∎ Ensuring that students understand and follow proper food safety and hygiene practices to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
∎ Teaching students how to plan menus, considering factors such as nutrition, seasonality, cost, and customer preferences.
∎ Providing guidance on the artistic aspect of food preparation, including garnishing and presenting dishes attractively.
∎ Teaching students how to serve food and drinks professionally, including proper table settings, serving etiquette, and customer interaction.
∎ Educating students about alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine, cocktails, coffee, and other drinks, along with their preparation and service.
∎ Training students in the art of customer service, emphasizing communication, handling complaints, and creating a positive dining experience.
∎ Helping students understand menus, including how to describe dishes and beverages to customers, take orders, and make recommendations.
∎ Educating students on how to manage stock, including food and beverage inventory, pricing, ordering supplies, and cost control.
∎ Introducing students to the operational aspects of running a food service establishment, including front-of-house (servers, hosts) and back-of-house (kitchen and bar) dynamics.
∎ Instructing on the planning and execution of special events, catering, and banquets, including managing large groups and special dietary needs.
∎ Keeping up with new trends in food and beverage, including new menu items, sustainable practices, or emerging beverage trends, and integrating them into training.
