Trainer (Beautification) (Females will have higher priority) (360 hours)

To instruct the pupils in accordance with the NSDA`s curricula and academic timetables.

1. To create a workshop or laboratory lesson plan and instruction sheet.

2. To supervise or monitor the work or tasks of the students in the classes.

3. To represent the additional support in making a concept or subject issue.

4. To associate the students with co-curricular activities.

5. To motivate and counsel students to ensure regular attendance in the class.

6. Communicate with parents or guardians in relevant cases.

7. To maintain students` profiles and examination records.

8. To prepare and maintain documents related to NSDA as per requirement.

9. To make effective use or reuse of teaching resources, equipment, etc.

10. To conduct periodic maintenance of the teaching equipment in a timely manner.

11. To maintain total secrecy and confidentiality with respect to institutional affairs and uphold the dignity of the institution.

12. To perform any other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned by the ADRA Bangladesh SSWIM Projects authority.

Additional Requirements:

Minimum HSC/Diploma (Vocational) with five years practical experience in relevant trade and minimum 2nd Division in all examinations. 3 (three) years’ experience from any reputable institution or university with good academic records in beautification trades or courses. Excellent command of communication skills in both Bangla and English. Excellent computer operating skills and is conversant with the MS Office package. Initiative-taking, adaptable, a team player, and passionate for social development work. Must be at least a holder of the NSC in Beautification Course, NSQF Level 2 to Level 3 or above, and have at least 3 years of teaching experience in the relevant field. Must have a CBT&A Methodology Level 4 certificate. Candidates with knowledge of beauty therapy treatment who select and apply a range of beauty therapy techniques, products, tools, and equipment will prefer. Waxing services (legs, underarms, face, and bikini line). Hand, nail, and foot treatments. Facial skin care treatments and make-up applications.

The salary and compensation package for this position includes Tk. 72600 - 79200 (Monthly).

Total working hour 360

Hourly Rate BDT. 550-600

No other benefits will be provided.
