Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interact with customers through various online channels, including live chat, emails, and social media, to provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer personalized assistance.
∎ Assist customers in the purchasing process by guiding them through the online ordering process, helping with product selection, and providing recommendations.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders including order entry, payment verification and shipment tracking.
∎ Address customer concerns, complaints, and returns in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to find suitable solutions that meet both the customer's needs and company policies.
∎ Collaborate with the logistics and fulfillment team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
∎ Ability to work remotely and take innitiative to drive sales.
∎ Any task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent software.
