Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks.
∎ Able to solve any kind of hardware/software, windows program problem.
∎ Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT Equipment. Router, switch and firewall. Back office and server maintenance.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Assist IT Administrator by managing and updating inventory of IT equipment.
∎ Design, specify, configure, and install analog and digital CCTV systems. Experience working on IP Camera's.
∎ Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as needed. Support users of CCTV system.
∎ Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware. Installed of different types of CCTV cameras as per drawing diagrams.
∎ Knowledge of multiple types of CCTV systems, PABX System, Sound system & Cabling. Should have good communication skills both in Bangla & English.
