We are seeking a motivated Trainee Technology Specialist with a strong interest in Microsoft enterprise technologies. This role is designed for early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based Microsoft solutions. The trainee will work closely with senior engineers and solution architects to support, implement, and manage Microsoft infrastructure and Modern Workplace platforms.

This position offers structured learning, real-world project exposure, and a clear growth path into roles such as Microsoft Systems Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Modern Workplace Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and administration of Windows Server environments

• Support Active Directory (AD DS) operations including users, groups, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP

• Assist in managing Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem & Hybrid) and Exchange Online environments

• Provide operational support for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)

• Assist with identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment

• Assist in administering Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

Operational & Support Tasks

• Monitor system health, performance, and security events

• Assist in incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis

• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and system updates

• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and configuration records

• Support user onboarding/offboarding and access management activities

Learning & Development

• Participate in internal training, labs, and knowledge-sharing sessions

• Learn Microsoft best practices for security, compliance, and governance

• Work towards Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900, MS-900, AZ-104, MD-102)

• Stay updated with Microsoft product updates and roadmap changes
