Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in the textile, mechanical or electrical field. Or,
∎ Graduation in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Apply the sewing procedures and standards stated in the sewing agreement;
∎ Plan to remain not more than % wastage at sewing stage;
∎ Monitor man, machine, and material for the smooth sewing operation;
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development plans;
∎ Lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC;
∎ Comply with a clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized;
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site;
∎ Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Reporting skill, computer skill;
∎ Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).

Salary: Negotiable
