∎ After successful completion of the Training, 50% of the Trainees will be employed by BJIT & the rest 50% will be introduced to Global companies, based on their training performance & competency.
∎ This training will be a complete package, focusing on both technical & soft skills with regular assignments, exams, and code development including industry-oriented project work.
∎ Over the course duration, the trainees will undergo 13 weeks of domain-specific technical training, common technical training, and soft skills training.
∎ There will be 4 weeks of Project work where trainees will get to enjoy practical project experience. Actual industry players will be nominated as Trainer in specific technology platform with predefined curriculum, contents, and real code.
∎ After successful completion of the Training, 50% of the best performers will be employed by BJIT. There will be a final evaluation step of performance by HR to onboard with a defined payment structure.
∎ The rest of the 50% will be introduced to Global companies through the partners & global companies of BJIT. Global Job placement is not guaranteed but will be a golden opportunity based on availability.

∎ Days: Monday to Friday of every week
∎ Time: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Full time)
∎ Training Method: Physical Training at BJIT Academy Classroom (WWT, House #1, Road 2/E, Block – J, Baridhara, Dhaka – 1212).
∎ Orientation Program: 1st August 2023
∎ Start: 2nd August 2023
∎ Completion: 30th November 2023
∎ Project Work: 1st November to 30th November 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively participate in the classroom training, practices, assignment, and exams.
∎ Portray a dedicated mindset and adaptability to learn all the required courses.
∎ Maintain 100% attendance.
∎ Self-study to complete the given tasks and submit assignments on time.
∎ Maintain training schedule strictly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have career goal and interest in Software Quality testing.
∎ Basic knowledge on various software domains and platforms.
∎ Out-of-the-box thinker, Problem solving ability to identify and resolve issues.
∎ Basic Idea in Various testing type, knowledge of software test plans, test designs, test objectives, test cases, and reports.
∎ Good communication and team player to convey information in a clear and understandable manner for cross functional activity.
∎ Knowledge of the SDLC & STLC in an Agile environment is nice to have.
∎ Must have a proactive learning mindset & good communication skill in English.
∎ Long term career plan in Software Industry. Candidates who have a higher study plan are discouraged to apply.

Salary:
∎ No payment and allowance (TA, DA) will be provided during the Training period. You will receive an attractive remuneration package after the confirmation.
