Job Context:
∎ BJIT Limited is looking for 20 Trainee Software Engineers(Web). Selected Candidates will go through a 3 (Three) Months Training Program. During the Training Period, Trainees should achieve Certification on Development Tools and Platform wise as well as Soft Skills. Based on Training Evaluation and Feedback; Trainees will be Confirmed as Software Engineer.
∎ We are looking for Software Engineers to join our growing Engineering team and build out the next generation of our company. They must have strong, firsthand technical expertise in a variety of configuration management and big data technologies and the proven ability to fashion robust scalable solutions that can manage large data sets. They must be at ease working in a dynamic environment with little supervision. This person should embody a passion for continuous improvement and test-driven development.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement backend/API with Modern PHP framework e.g., LARAVEL, etc.
∎ Implement frontend with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery, and with modern JavaScript framework e.g., React JS, Vue JS, Angular, etc.
∎ Develop a monolithic application with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and template engine e.g., blade, etc.
∎ Prepare basic and detailed design documents e.g., API specification, screen specification, UMLs, etc.
∎ Work with MEAN, MERN stack
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound programming skills in Java, C or C++
∎ Must have good knowledge of algorithms & data structures.
∎ Should have the good problem-solving ability.
∎ Active participant in different programming contests
∎ Should have good communication skills in English.
∎ Candidates with good IELTS scores will get an advantage
Salary:
∎ During Training Period BDT 15,000.00 per month
After Confirmation BDT 30,000 to 45,000 per month based on performance
Other Compensation & benefits as per company policy
