Job Context:
∎ BJIT Limited is currently hiring 26 Trainee Software Engineers (smartphone). The selected candidates will go through a 3 (Three) Months Training Program. During the training phase, trainees are required to achieve Certification on Development Tools and Platform wise along with soft skills. Based on Training Evaluation and Feedback; trainees will receive the confirmation of service as Software Engineer.
∎ BJIT is looking for Software Engineers to join the growing Engineering team and build the next generation of our company. Candidates must have strong, first-hand technical expertise in a variety of configuration management and big data technologies and the proven ability to fashion robust scalable solutions that can manage large data sets. They must be at ease working in a dynamic environment with little supervision. Ability to embody a passion for continuous improvement and test-driven development will also be greatly appreciated.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in training program arranged by the organization for 3 months including OJT
∎ Full stack engineering in Smartphone application domain
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features
∎ Follow defined coding rules/conventions in respective platform
∎ Prepare basic design, detail design, user manual documentation
∎ Follow review process for peer review to code delivery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound programming skill in Java
∎ Must have good knowledge on front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript, jQuery etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge in algorithms and data structures
∎ Should have good problem-solving ability
∎ Active participant in different programming contests
∎ Should have good command in English
Salary:
∎ During Training Period BDT 15,000.00 per month
After Confirmation BDT 30,000 to 45,000 per month based on performance
Other Compensation & benefits as per company policy
