∎ With the "Youth Skill Development" Training Program, BJIT Academy aims to pave the way forward for the talented minds, ensuring job placement and great opportunities. After successful completion of the Training, 50% of the Trainees will be employed by BJIT & the rest 50% will be introduced to Global companies, based on their training performance & competency area.
∎ This training will be a complete package, focusing on the technical domain, soft skills, and practical project work. The fresh talents from renowned universities will undergo 13 weeks of technical training & 4 weeks of Project work where they will get to enjoy a practical project experience.
∎ After the successful completion of the training, the talented pool of brains will get to work with us on exciting projects, making a strong impact globally.
∎ Training duration: 17 weeks
∎ Days: Monday to Friday of every week
∎ Time: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Full time)
∎ Training Method: Physical Training at BJIT Academy Classroom
∎ Orientation Program: 1st November 2022
∎ Start: 1st November 2022
∎ End: 28th February 2022
∎ Project Work: 1st February to 28th February 2022
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively participate in the training, assignment, and exams.
∎ Portray a dedicated mindset and adaptability to learn all the required technologies.
∎ Maintain 100% attendance. Complete the given tasks and assignments on time.
∎ Maintain training schedule strictly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional degree in IT, or ICT-related subjects.
∎ Considerable knowledge of modern programming languages, good problem-solving ability, strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and design, etc.
∎ Out-of-the-box thinker, Problem solver with a good competitive programming profile.
∎ Knowledge of C/C++ based libraries, Java, or JavaScript.
∎ A clear understanding of data structure and algorithms.
∎ Must have a proactive mindset & excellent communication skill in English.
∎ Having a good understanding of Objective-C or Swift or SwiftUI is a bonus.
∎ Candidates with basic knowledge of iOS, XCode, Database, MVC/MVVM, web API, and application life cycle will get preference.
∎ Both the Freshers and experienced engineers are eligible & welcome to apply to this program.
Salary:
∎ No payment and allowance (TA, DA) will be provided during Training period. You will receive an attractive remuneration package after the confirmation.
