Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Presenting the products and services to the customers.
∎ Identifying the potential customers.
∎ Meeting the monthly sales goals and expectations
∎ Taking feedbacks from the customers and working upon them.
∎ Familiarizing sales information as per the Bank's requirements.
∎ Exploring the current market potentials.
∎ Resolving customers' complaints and issues if any before making the sale in consultation with the Team Head. Building a positive relationship with the customers.
∎ Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15,000.00 for the rank of TSE plus attractive commission based on achievement of business target as per company commission policy.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ TSES will be considered for Promotion as per decision of the Management after successful completion of at least 12 (twelve) months' contract period.
