∎ Job Location: Dhaka Division/Chattogram Division/Sylhet Division
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Presenting the products and services to the customers.
∎ Identifying the potential customers.
∎ Meeting the monthly sales goals and expectations
∎ Taking feedbacks from the customers and working upon them.
∎ Familiarizing sales information as per the Bank's requirements.
∎ Understanding the current market potentials.
∎ Resolving customers' complaints and issues if any before making the sale in consultation with the Team Head.
∎ Building a positive relationship with the customers.
∎ Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Excellent oral communication and persuasion skills will be considered as good competencies.
∎ 01 to 02 Years working experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role in the Sales Department of Financial Institution preferably in Bank.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18,000.00 to Tk. 20,000.00 plus attractive commission based on achievement of business target as per company commission policy.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ SES will be considered for promotion to next Higher Grade after completion of 02(Two) years' period and facing the Viva successfully & satisfactorily as per company policy.
∎ After completion of 02(Two) years' period successfully, SSES will be eligible to sit for the absorption exam and facing Interview for permanent position in the rank of Assistant Officer as per company policy.
