Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
∎ Taking order from customers.
∎ Answering questions in online platforms.
∎ Preparing voucher for the order.
∎ Packing the product.
∎ Ensure deliver the product to the customer.
∎ Maintaining accounts of Lil Star.
∎ Other inventory control.
∎ Preparing monthly & yearly stock and inventory report.
∎ Generate customer interest in the product offered by the company (Social Media Marketing).
∎ Any other task assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
