Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for handling buyer communications.
∎ Communicate with factory people, other related departments/sections of the company and/ or regional offices.
∎ Coordinate with the factory team for proper & on-time shipment of garments.
∎ Development of new styles and propose to buyer.
∎ Follow the work process & procedures of buyers.
∎ Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc. related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in product development will be given preferences.
∎ Experience in any international garments buying house or factory will be given preferences.
∎ Full understanding of pricing on all kind of imported and local fabric and accessories.
∎ Average understanding on the measurement, spec and pattern.
∎ Should able to handle complete garment production and costing.
∎ Good knowledge of suppliers' concerning price, quality, capacity & lead-times.
∎ Leadership skills with positive attitude.
∎ Must be Dynamic, Energetic, and hardworking & should have good follow-up skills.
∎ Able to work in team.
∎ Excellent knowledge in written & spoken English.
∎ Excellent negotiation skill.
Salary: Negotiable
