Job Context:
∎ BJIT Limited is currently hiring 5 Trainee Java Engineer (PLM).
∎ The selected candidates will go through a 3 (three) months long Training Program on Java relevant technologies.
∎ During the training phase, trainees are required to achieve Certification on Development Tools and Platform wise along with soft skills.
∎ Based on Training Evaluation and Feedback; trainees will receive the confirmation of service as Software Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in 2 months long dedicated technical training with specific course to improve skill in Java based Web architecture.
∎ On-Job training for 1 month in BJIT Engineering Division with client project.
∎ Build skill in advance Java, enterprise technologies, cloud, and DevOps skills.
∎ Design and develop web and enterprise application using Java technologies.
∎ After training, be a part of PLM/ Enovia Development team, working on 3DExperience/PLM Solution for customization, migration and deployment.
∎ Analyzing and capturing business requirements to deliver PLM enhancements through engagement with key stakeholders.
∎ R&D on new features and technical solution.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Solid OOP knowledge, Algorithm and Data Structure.
∎ Good analytical and problem-solving capability.
∎ Clear career goal and mindset to be Full stack development expert in Enterprise/Web domain.
∎ Nice to have experience in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, REST, Java Script, jQuery.
∎ Understanding of Product Information Management principles.
∎ Clear knowledge on RDMS/No SQL.
∎ Basic understanding on Cloud Containerization – Docker, Kubernetes.
∎ Excellent in verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Salary:
∎ During Training Period BDT 20,000.
After Confirmation BDT 30,000-40,000.
