∎ 6 Months to 1 years’ work experience as a Transaction Certificate Reviewer or in relevant field of Compliance / Sustainability
∎ Minimum 6 months of experience in the certification body will get preference.
∎ Must be sound in data management, reporting, preparing presentations and maintaining communication with internal & external parties.
∎ Experience with employer branding and internal communications.
∎ Proven experience in brand management, communications, or a similar role.
∎ Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency – Mid level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to collect relevant documentation such as yarn/fabric certificates, bill of lading, packing list, and invoices for material traceability.
∎ Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of all documents received before applying for transaction certificates.
∎ Apply for Transaction Certificates (TC) through the appropriate certification bodies or systems.
∎ Monitor the status of TC applications, follow up on approvals, and resolve any issues that arise during the process.
∎ Upload approved TCs into the Buyer Portal/system, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability.
∎ Maintain organized records of all TCs, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders have access to the latest information.
∎ Liaise with various teams including procurement, production, and compliance to ensure all traceability requirements are met.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and certifications related to material traceability (e.g., GOTS,OCS, RCS,RWS etc.)
∎ Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and evidence of material traceability.
∎ Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to traceability processes and systems.
