Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in ETE/ECE/EEE/Telecommunication from any reputed public or private university
∎ Preferred Universities (CUET, KUET, RUET, other Govt. Institutes, AUST, NSU, AIUB, EWU, BRAC, IUB)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in the roster to cover 3 shifts per day to ensure 24x7 delivery.
∎ Connect with top 20 ISP clients 24x7 through live chat and other communications tools.
∎ Actively liaise with O&M teams from Technology and I&O teams to provide real time updates to clients on fault resolution.
∎ Proactively provide effective updates to clients so that client feels valued.
∎ Follow internal technical and management escalation matrix to ensure faster fault restoration.
∎ Efficiently use systems and tools to register right information about the complaint.
∎ Always focus on client satisfaction during communication.
