Education:

• Minimum bachelors from a reputed university.

• Experience requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the relevant field; freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Good communication skills and should be able to converse well with students and parents

• Organized and structured in work

• Reliable and good at meeting deadlines

• Ready to go the extra mile to assist students

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and preferably Excel

• Good knowledge of using internet with ease and be able to research information about universities, courses, etc.

• Good writing skills to communicate well with universities and students

• Advice / Counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarship abroad for global students

• Assist with activities to promote overseas educational institutions represented by the company and / or provide the most suitable study options to students based on their profile, needs & aspirations

• Guiding students with applications and forwarding student applications to universities

• Provide telephonic counselling to the leads of all resources & invite them to walk in to the office for counselling

• Meet foreign university delegates

• Representing company during fairs and events

• Liaising with Universities and University officers

• Chase with the universities regarding offer letters, academic unconditional and CAS letters.

• Process offers and CAS letters.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report based on leads, conversation, payment, CAS and Visa status

• Any other tasks assigned by TCL Global management.
