As a Management Trainee, selected candidates will be assigned to different roles with various departments during their probationary period. Upon successful completion of the trainee period, the trainee will be assigned to the Business Development Department.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
Assist the business development team in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to support lead generation and competitive analysis.
Participate in client meetings, demos, and proposal preparations.
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and opportunity data.
Learn about company products, services, and industry trends.
Liaise with existing clients to seek and drive more business opportunities
Problem Solver - quickly assess client`s pain points and come up with comprehensive and tangible solutions.
