Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Post graduate (MBA preferred) with major in Finance & Accounting.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Company Secretary/ Share Division, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Cash/bank entry booking in SAP & Tally.
∎ Deal with the Vendors regarding invoices, Enter the invoices in the system & finally process for the payments.
∎ Verify Daily Transaction.
∎ Monthly Report on asset Addition.
∎ Preparing Monthly Debit Notes & Sharing with the Overseas Offices.
∎ Verify The VAT/TDS Deduction. Preparing the challan.
∎ Co-ordinate with the Third party vendors, Like Banks, Landlord & any service provider.
∎ Handling all the courier related work for the particular company.
∎ Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have basic understanding about the Financial activities. Should have good communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali. Should be proficient in the use of computer, specially MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Data Base Management, SAP ERP System etc
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage team and deal with multi-level stakeholders. Should be proactive as well as reactive and able to work in a pressured environment.
