Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters (Business background preferable)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Achieve category & SKU wise sales target on monthly/yearly basis through collaborating with other departments.
∎ Primary and secondary analysis around the category to capture insights and perform operation.
∎ Analyze data and make business plan for modern trade & e-commerce platform.
∎ Analyze distributor wise category/SKU performance to achieve category target & identify opportunity areas.
∎ Delivery of category vision/roadmap through achieving the desired category performance at trade level.
∎ Representing customers’ needs internally, ensuring alignment of customer and category strategy.
∎ Representing Customer views to the brand team.
∎ Ensuring the desire products assortment of the assigned category in the trade including the design of trade program, budget and monitor accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Preferably 1-2 years of experience in FMCG.
∎ Advance level MS Office
Salary: Negotiable
