• BBA/ MBA/Masters from any reputed Universities (Major in marketing preferable).

• Analytical and reporting skills, Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support category-wise planning for cold-chain products across GT, MT, and HoReCa channels.

• Monitor SKU-wise performance and recommend assortment optimization.

• Execute trade promotions, visibility drives, and in-store activation programs.

• Ensure pricing compliance and correct communication of trade schemes.

• Work closely with Sales and Distribution teams to ensure availability and avoid OOS.

• Track category performance, sales trends, freezer ROI, and outlet productivity.

• Monitor competitor assortment, pricing, promotions, and freezer presence.

• Prepare regular performance and insight reports for management review.
