Responsibilities & Context

• Manage and process visa applications efficiently for Malaysia, Thiland, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries.

• Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding visa documentation, procedures, and requirements.

• Handle all stages of visa application processing including documentation, online applications, appointment booking, and interview preparation.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, embassy rules, and travel regulations.

• Communicate with embassies, travel agents, and clients professionally.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all client records and application processes.

• Be dedicated, proactive, and responsive in fulfilling responsibilities and achieving client satisfaction.

• Handle visa-related queries and resolve any complications or objections from embassies.

• Prepare and submit weekly reports to management.
