Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle Facebook Leads and respond to online customer messages.
- Communicate with clients via Messenger, WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
- Call back potential clients, share tour details, and motivate them to visit our office.
- Explain China Business Tour packages, answer questions, and close sales.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after the tour. Collect necessary information & documents for visa and travel arrangements.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to successful tour participation.
