কাস্টমারকে উপযোগী ও সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা
যেকোনো ইনবক্স, নক, কল ধ্রুত রেস্পন্স করা
অনতিবিলম্বে কল করা
সম্ভাব্য কাস্টমারকে পন্য/সেবা বিক্রি করা
কাস্টমার ফলয়াপ করা
রেগুলাত সময়ুপজগি তথ্য পাঠানো
কাস্টমারের রিভিউ কালেক্ট করা
পুরনাঙ্গ ফালেল মেইন্টেইন করে সেলস গেনারেত করা
