Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 34 years
  • Proven experience in selling, designing, and managing tour packages for Asian destinations such as Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and similar markets will be highly preferred.
  • Strong ability and willingness to quickly learn and expand tour package operations for additional international destinations based on FlyingAid’s business requirements.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bangla (written and verbal).
  • Working knowledge of reservation systems, travel booking platforms, and relevant travel software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and manage multiple client requirements efficiently.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop, customize, price, and promote tour packages for various international destinations under the FlyingAid brand.
  • Manage the complete booking and execution process for tour packages, including destinations such as Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and other popular international locations.
  • Advise and guide clients on destination selection, itineraries, package inclusions, travel documentation, and overall cost planning.
  • Coordinate with international suppliers, airlines, hotels, and local ground operators to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for tour packages.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including effective post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
