Having knowledge regarding Airline Tickets, Transportation, Car/Bus Rent, Hotel Booking, Activity Booking.
Passion for travel and tourism.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Proficiency in Bangla writing skills, especially in Avro Keyboard.
Proficiency in identifying and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
Responsibilities & Context: Context:
We are looking for a qualified Tour Management Executive who will be responsible for planning and coordinating travel plans, tour packages, activities, and itineraries to ensure their clients have a great tourism experience, and will craft tour packages by creating a combination of various travel components to make the final product.
Who have no experience in this field (Travel Agent/Tour Operator/ Tour Design/Tour Management), please do not apply.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in tour management or a related role, demonstrating the ability to plan and execute successful tours.
- In-depth knowledge of diverse destinations, including historical sites, natural landmarks, and cultural attractions.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire groups of tourists.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to provide engaging and accurate information about tour destinations.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and manage unforeseen challenges during tours.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction and comfort of clients throughout the tour.
- Strong organizational abilities to coordinate all aspects of the tour, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to ensure the clients’ wellbeing during tour.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to ensure respectful interactions with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Suitable Monthly Salary (Comparing to usual in industry).
Attractive Sales Commissions (Above the usual in industry).
T/A (As per policy), Mobile bill (Fixed). We have office land phones to call.
Lunch Facilities: NO, but the quality lunch is organized in a very low rate.
Salary Review: Yearly (Usually in December).
Festival Bonus: Once, A Month`s Gross Salary, or Twice, Half a Month`s Gross Salary.
