Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 40 years
  • Having knowledge regarding NDC Platform, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets, Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in English Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Proficiency in Bangla writing skills, especially in Avro Keyboard. 



Responsibilities & Context:

Context

We are looking for a qualified Visa Processing Executive to assist clients when they are planning to shift internationally. Have to responsible for making sure that customers are compliant with the requirements of the foreign country. Be a part of the team who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Who have no experience in this field (Airline/Travel Agency/GSA/ Tour Operator), please do not apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell Tickets and Reservations. 

  • Manage corporate clients through communication

  • Client hunt, creating market opportunity. Handle Group Bookings.

  • Communicate effectively with travel agencies, OTAs, Airlines and GDS personnel.

  • Monitor & follow up the individual, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

  • Maintain documentation and records related to all sales activities.

  • Provide necessary support to Visa, Hotel Booking & Package Tours. 

  • Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.

  • Proactively look for opportunities to optimize margin and improve service value.

  • Maintain all ARC and IATA accreditation documents to stay compliant.

  • Interpreting IATA and ATAB regulations.

  • Monitor market fares versus air add-on charts and recommend changes as necessary from published fares, group fares, fare sales, web, low-cost carriers, and airline contracts. 

  • Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and service-related accounts.

  • Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
