Must have working experience in any Tours & Travel company. 6 Months to 1 year.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle visa processing for various countries (tourist, business, Umrah, student, etc.)
- Provide accurate visa guidance and checklist to clients
- Book and issue domestic and international air tickets using GDS/airline platforms
- Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, and airlines for smooth processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records daily.
- Maintain visa and ticketing records and prepare status reports
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Keep updated with embassy and airline rules, policies, and promotions
- Address client inquiries and provide timely updates on application status
- Regular social media management and conduct campaigns.
- And any other task assigned by the management.
