Responsibilities & Context:
  • We are seeking an experienced individual with strong expertise in Galileo and Sabre reservation systems. This role includes managing flight bookings, handling ticketing, and supporting customer inquiries to ensure a seamless travel experience.

  •  

  • Assist clients in planning and booking flights, hotels, and travel packages

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve booking-related issues

  • Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and travel trends

  • Maintain and update customer records in the booking system

  • Process airline ticket bookings via phone, in-person, or online

  • Issue electronic Documents such as Ticket, EMD.

  • Reissue, and refund airline tickets as required

  • Handle itinerary changes and assist with cancellations

  • Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and travel policies

  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve ticketing or travel issues

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding bookings and travel arrangements

  • Assist customers with check-in processes and boarding information

  • Handle complaints and offer solutions to improve satisfaction

  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, travel packages, and loyalty programs

  • Manage and update flight reservations accurately using booking systems

  • Customize travel itineraries based on client needs

  • Stay current with airline schedules, fares, and industry changes

  • Communicate with airlines to confirm and adjust flight details

  • Assist clients with online booking issues and work with marketing teams to promote travel deals
