∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Proven working experience as a ticketing and reservation expert.
∎ BSP Report analysis.
∎ Must be known IATA operation experience.
∎ Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-travel).
∎ Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
∎ Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc.).
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
∎ Demonstrable ability to handle crises.
∎ You must be competent in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo & Saber.
∎ You must have ready to sell approach You must be competent in using travel technology.
∎ You must be a good understanding in English (reading, writing, speaking & listening).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You will be responsible for national and international ticketing, booking reservation, refund, and reissue for the various clients (individuals or businesses).
∎ The goal is to provide professional and committed reservation and ticketing services of all countries to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated client.
∎ Expert on GDS like Amadeus, Galileo & Saber Expert knowledge of worldwide destinations, tours, and flights Expert on customized itineraries to suit the clients' preferences and budget
∎ Clear concepts and execution on all bookings, issue, reissue, and refund policies
∎ Providing up to date advice on travel regulations Liaison with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, and tour operators Coordination with individuals and corporate clients.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Reservation & Ticketing expert to join our team and enrich our travel and tourism services.
