Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ At least 5 years in similar industry and/or job type.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Airline industry.
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience in Ticketing Operations and Visa Processing in air ticketing environment.
∎ Working knowledge of airline contracts.
∎ Ability to navigate through airline software such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.
∎ Ability to use office software like Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solves problems quickly and communicates clearly.
∎ Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
∎ Meticulous attention to detail.
∎ Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to direct the actions of others.
∎ Strong work ethic.
∎ A team player with the ability to work with a multitude of departments and staff members of all levels.
∎ Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
∎ Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team and independently.
