- Air Ticket Reservation, Ticket issue, Reissue, Refund and Void.
- 1Over phone, chat and email customer support.
- Keeping communication with the clients over phone.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Keeping updated knowledge of Airline's Promotional offers.
- Make Sales on phone call.
