Job Context:
∎ A well-reputed highly regarded business conglomerate is looking for some skilled and professionals for the position of "Territory Sales Supervisor" for its Infrastructure Sector.
∎ This is a permanent position with a three (3) months probation period.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new business opportunities(Brick, Cement, Steel, Sand, etc. sales).
∎ Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Keeping the management daily update on sales progress.
∎ Take the challenge to meet the sales target and report to the reporting supervisor.
∎ Monitoring all brands' daily updated price, activity, and performance.
∎ To develop all brands' infrastructure channel marketing.
∎ Preparing daily, Weekly, Monthly reports according to business requirements.
∎ Represent the organization to the potential stakeholders.
∎ Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and market activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Candidates who can join with immediate effect are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Motor Cycle driving skill with license is preferred.
∎ Sales Experience in Cement/Steel sector will be given preference.
∎ Excellent Negotiation skills.
∎ Must be able to operate a computer (MSWord/Excel/Office/PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ 3000
