Job Responsibilities:
∎ Secondary Sales - Achieve assign Zone Primary and Secondary Sales Target.
∎ BP Performance - Ensure zone every BP grooming, attendance, target monitoring & product availability.
∎ POS Coverage - Ensure Territory 100% direct coverage of 90% outlet.
∎ SKU Placement - SKU Placement as per retail Smart phone placement guideline.
∎ Dealer Management - Ensure dealer performance (Investment, credit analysis, Sales target achievement, dedicated SR, set-up, service support, coverage, reporting, compliance) supervise, train, and lead the zone sales team.
∎ Ensure Model wise product availability in retailer shop and SKU placement as per retail smart phone placement guideline.
∎ Execute POSM distribution plan as per company's instruction.
∎ Retailer visit - Market visit, build rapport with the retailers to ensure loyalty. Handle service problem and give product information in time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Good knowledge in office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.).
∎ Must have Good knowledge on in both written and spoken English.
∎ Presentable, analytical, teamwork, target oriented and hardworking.
